Hello! We hope you love your statement necklace purchase and it arrives safe and sound.....in the event things don't arrive according to plan please see below for our returns and refund policies.
Our returns policy extends to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We would love to hear why your purchase didn’t work out as we can perhaps suggest an alternative style, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within a few days.
Not that we have Sale Items, but if we did then please note only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Fun & Accessible Pieces
Please be aware that the necklaces in this collection are such good value that it is not economical to accept returns for change of mind. In many cases the cost of postage alone is more than the value of the original item and therefore uneconomical for both parties.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges for another piece are possible, however please note as many of our Statement Necklaces are hand-made, we potentially might not be able to exchange for an exact matching piece.
If you would like to exchange an item please send us an email at email@example.com with a photo of the necklace clearly showing the defect or damage you are concerned about. Once approved, please return your necklace to the address below.

If you are sending a Statement Necklace over AUD $75 value, please use a trackable postage service or purchase insurance as we cannot process your exchange until the item is received.
